Services

Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are documented in the Statement of Work signed with each client.

Payment

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory rate.

Intellectual property

You own the final delivered work once fees are paid in full. We retain rights to underlying tools and frameworks we bring to the engagement.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the six months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
